Welcome to our website for our 2 bedroomed, detached holiday let bungalow in North Cornwall.  

I have owned and managed the bungalow since 2018, however, it has been in our family for much longer and was previously owned by my parents. Both my sons, now age 23 and 14 have grown up visiting the bungalow in North Cornwall and we hope that our guests make as many happy memories as we have over the years.

Our property is set a quiet corner of the picturesque Hengar Manor Country Park, which is located in the rural village of St Tudy in North Cornwall.  We offer a high standard of accommodation at an affordable price and we find that we have many repeat guests returning to us each year.

Our guests are able to use the facilities at Hengar Manor Country Park which include a lovely indoor swimming pool (newly refurbished for 2023) golf course, tennis courts and 3 well stocked fishing lakes.

The country park has a relaxed, rural vibe and offers seasonal beauty at different times of the year. Our kitchen backs onto open countryside.

This property provides an ideal base for exploring the North Cornwall area and beyond. Local beaches and tourist attractions are just a short drive away. We welcome couples and families alike. 

Our guests may chose whether they wish to partake in the various activities offered at the Hengar Manor Site or may remain completely independant, should they prefer.

During the main summer school holidays, seasonal entertainment often takes place & the site has it's own bar, restaurant and entertainment room.

NB We operate a non smoking policy at this property and we do not accept pets.
