Rental Rates
Please find our seasonal rates below. By booking directly with us you will save money by not paying any commission. To make a booking,please check our availability page and then send an enquiry by email.
Once we have reviewed your request, we will offer, we will request a deposit of 25% to secure your booking. The remaining balance is then due 6 weeks before arrival. Should your date of arrival be within 6 weeks of the date of booking, the full amount will be payable.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

PAYMENTS
A deposit of 25% (non refundable) will be required to secure your dates. The balance will be due 6 week before the date of the arrival. Should a booking be made within 6 weeks of the arrival date the full amount will be payable.
Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during their stay, we take a damage deposit of £100 at the time off booking, that will be returned at the end of your stay should there be no damage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
FULL PAYMENT.
Guests will receive a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least six weeks before the start of the holiday.
SPLIT PAYMENT.
If a guest cancels or the balance is not paid on time, the booking deposit cannot be refunded.
If the balance is not received at least six weeks before the holiday starts, the booking will be automatically cancelled. There is no deposit refund.
If the guest has paid the full balance, they will receive a 50% of the total cost if they cancel at least six weeks before the start of the holiday.
LATE CANCELLATIONS.
Cancellations within six weeks of the start of the booked holiday date (whether payment has been made by full or split payment) will not be refunded unless the property can be re-let. If the property can be re-let the refund will be 75% of the total cost.
It is advisable to take out your own cancellation insurance.
